The story · 1911
Set in Saint-Bard, in the heart of the Creuse between Aubusson and Clermont-Ferrand, Château de Chazelpaud is a house of character built in 1911 by Émile Chapal, a leading figure of local industry.
Built in an elegant Belle Époque style that blends Renaissance influences with the architecture of the Loire châteaux, it now overlooks an estate of more than 3 hectares in unspoilt, green surroundings.
